Anyone in the industry with my experience and knowledge of working for both would advise to use a local independent agent rather than a large corporate company. Most independent agents offer a far more personal service, you are not treated as a target or a number on a white board. Dan Caulfield
Dan began his career in Estate Agency as a Sales Negotiator over a decade ago and previously worked for a leading independent Estate Agent covering North Wiltshire. His role as a Senior Valuer was based in his home town of Devizes in their flagship branch. Prior to this Dan successfully managed a High Street office in Marlborough covering Pewsey and previously worked in Corsham and Chippenham.
He has also worked for the largest independent Estate Agent in Bath and started his career in Trowbridge working for a large corporate company. His skill set and passion for the business was quickly recognised and he was promoted to a Senior Negotiator’s role within a year, before he went on to become a Branch Manager and a Senior Valuer.
There’s not many agents that have his local knowledge across so many different areas including Devizes, Pewsey, Marlborough, Calne, Chippenham, Corsham, Trowbridge, Melksham, Westbury, Bath and all the villages in between.
